4+ In the Footsteps of the Festival through Tønder Havn and Nystad. with Banemand Hansen.

Starting place: Bachmann's Watermill.

End Place: Hagge's Pub.

Take a walk with Banemand Hansen, where we follow in the footsteps of the Tønder Festival through Tønder.

We start at Bachmanns Vandmølle/ Visemøllen. The tour continues along Jomfrustien, the refuge of the blacksmith Andersens Kælder. Along the way, Banemand Hansen tells a little about Tønder Havn and the vote on February 10, 1920. Banemand Hansen tells about his arrival at Tønder H in 1920 and Nystaden. The tour goes through some of Nystaden and ends at Gasthof am Westbahn/ Hagge's Pub. With a bit of jumping back and forth in time along the way, it will also make sense why the tour is named in Footprints of the Festival.
